Jennifer is ICF credentialed strengths enthusiast with more than two decades of experience in coaching, training, recruiting, and content development serving clients from undergraduates to C-suite executives in the areas of leadership, personal, and career development. Jennifer's perspective is well-rounded and deeply rooted in the business sector and working with executives from both private and public companies, as well as federal and local governments. 

 

As a skilled coach and trainer, she leverages her strengths to help clients explore their potential, build self-awareness, identify opportunities, overcome barriers, and solve problems in the areas of leadership and career development. 

 

Jennifer holds an International Coach Federation Associate Certified Coach credential and has certifications in team coaching from the Team Coaching Studio, GALLUP CliftonStrengths Coaching, University Career Coaching, and CareerLeader facilitation.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Communications and Psychology from Towson State University.
